No team in the NFL had more signed players coming into the draft than the Raiders (79). They selected seven prospects in the first four rounds to bring their roster to 86 players at the draft’s conclusion. That means they had four open roster spots as they headed for undrafted free agency. It didn’t take long for reports to come out that they had signed four players.

Those players, according to reports are as follows:

Javin White, LB, UNLV (UNLV official twitter)
George Mariner, WR, Utah State (Houston Chronicle)
Liam McCullough, LS, Ohio State (Columbus Dispatch)
Mike Panisiuk, DL, Michigan St (Las Vegas Review-Journal)

Signing these players doesn’t necessarily mean the Raiders are done. It just means that if they sign anyone else, there would have to be a corresponding release.

Keep in mind, with no rookie minicamp, undrafted free agency isn’t expected to be as busy as it might have otherwise been. Better to stick with players they know than to add others who have very little shot at fighting their way onto the roster.
