The waiver claims for the cuts that were made yesterday have gone through. And of that wave, the Raiders claimed none. That doesn’t mean they didn’t put in any claims, they might have. But they were 12th in the waiver order, so 11 teams had first dibs.
In total, 17 players were claimed by 12 different teams.

None of those 17 players claimed were players the Raiders had waived. You can see the full list of the players the Raiders waived here.
That means the Raiders could have their pick of the players they waived to bring back onto their practice squad. That is unless those players choose to sign to another team’s practice squad instead, but usually players will stay where they were for the best chance of getting called up to the active roster at some point.
