The Raiders listed their inactive players with less than 90 minutes to go until kickoff. They’ll host the Arizona Cardinals in a pivotal Week 2 game to avoid starting the season 0-2 for the first time since 2018.
Their inactive players for Week 2 include three starters; Denzel Perryman, Trevon Moehrig and Andre James. The expectation is that rookie Dylan Parham will start at center after an impressive performance last week.

It’s also notable that both of the rookie defensive tackles are out for Sunday; Neil Farrell Jr. and Matthew Butler. Neither played in Week 1 as they were both healthy scratches. That means three of their draft picks, including Brittain Brown, will not play on Sunday.
