QB Nathan Peterman, two others sign restricted free agent tenders with Raiders

Thursday restricted free agents QB Nathan Peterman and OT David Sharpe signed their RFA tenders. Each had been given original round tenders by the Raiders prior to the start of free agency. Peterman being originally a round five pick and Sharpe originally a round four selection.

Each will earn a non-guaranteed salary of $2.133 million for next season which is the standard rate for original round tenders.

They join LB Nicholas Morrow who signed his second-round tender earlier this week. Morrow was originally undrafted, so if the team wanted to ensure they were able to retain him, they needed to use the second-round tender to do it.

With that higher tender, comes a higher salary of $3.259 million.

Along with their three Restricted Free Agents, the team officially retained Exclusive Rights Free Agents K Daniel Carlson, CB DJ Killings, and S Dallin Leavitt. Their deals are between $610K and $750K each, which put them below the top 51 and therefore do not count against the salary cap.
