PS5 consoles will be available for Walmart+ members Wednesday.
First spotted by Video Games Chronicle, on Dec. 8 at 9 A.M. PDT / 12 P.M. EDT, Walmart will have the standard disk-based and digital editions of the PS5 — if you are a Walmart+ member, that is.
Members will be able to purchase the console via the following links:
Walmart+ is pretty similar to Amazon Prime, offering early access to specific products, free shipping and loads more benefits. There’s a 15-day free trial and a subscription comes in at around $12.95 a month.
Did you know that with PS5, you can experience 3D audio with just your built-in TV speakers? Here's how to set it up: https://t.co/EwXepgvEXT pic.twitter.com/yeSfIGaVOZ

That subscription might be worth it if you’re really longing for a PS5. Due to the global semiconductor shortage, Sony is producing less consoles this holiday season. Nintendo can’t make as many Switch consoles for the same reason, same deal with Valve and the Steam Deck.
