Oklahoma has been steadfast in improving its recruiting reach nationwide. With [autotag]Brent Venables[/autotag] on staff, the Sooners have pushed into Kansas in a major way.
The Sooners landed [autotag]Jaren Kanak[/autotag] out of the sunflower state in the 2022 cycle. They’re back at it in the 2024 cycle as they pursue offensive tackle, Kaedin Massey.
Massey earned an offer in February and visited Oklahoma for their “Future Freaks” weekend. The visit seemed to have resonated with the three-star tackle prospect as Parker Thune of OU Insider for 247Sports logged a crystal ball prediction for Massey to land with the Sooners.
If the Sooners were to land Massey, they’d be getting an athletic, agile big man that can move in space which would suit him well as a tackle in Jeff Lebby’s offense.
With Oklahoma the perceived favorite right now, the key for the Sooners is to run the race and finish strong.
