But Young Glove, it seems, is unconcerned about getting beat. He invites the smoke like a chimney. As if he knows he has the speed to keep up, the strength to stay close. Plus, he wants the man he’s guarding to feel him, to be uncomfortable. “Now he knows the toughness,” Big Gary said of his son. “So his game now is way advanced in a deepness over these guys. And they don’t get it. Because they are like, ‘Man, why are you pressing me up? And why are you doing this to me?’ And he’s thriving off that. And people fear you. And that’s what he was supposed to do.”
