The start of the regular season is less than two weeks away, but before the Los Angeles Rams begin preparing for the Seattle Seahawks, they have some important business to take care of: final roster cuts.
With 89 players on the roster right now, the Rams must cut 36 players to get down to the league limit of 53. There are some players who have very little chance of making the team and will be obvious cuts this week before Tuesday’s deadline, but there are also several others who will be difficult to part with.
Based on our final 53-man roster prediction, we believe these 36 players will be the ones to be cut by the Rams by Tuesday at 4 p.m. ET. And because our projection was published before Los Angeles acquired Kevin Dotson, Zach VanValkenburg goes from making the team to being cut by the Rams.
