Predicting Dolphins’ first 3 cuts ahead of Tuesday’s deadline

Miami needs to cut their roster down to 85 by 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

The preseason is underway, which means that all 32 NFL teams will start trimming down their roster from the 90 players that they were allowed to start with. The first roster cuts are due by 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday, as all teams will need to be down to 85 players by then.

The Miami Dolphins currently have 89 players on their roster as of Monday morning. One of the spots will likely be opened up with cornerback Trill Williams moving to injured reserve after he suffered a torn ACL.

These three Dolphins may be sufficient for the remaining cuts that the team needs to make before the deadline.
