One of the Spartans expected to contend for a starting spot on the offensive line next year has confirmed he’ll be back for another season at Michigan State.
Offensive lineman Gavin Broscious announced on Wednesday that he’s ready to “run it back” for the Spartans in 2025. The announcement solidifies his return to Michigan State for his fourth season within the program.
Broscious came to Michigan State in 2022, where he redshirted his first season. He then missed all of 2023 with an injury and this past year played in the Spartans’ first three games before suffering another season-ending injury.
Broscious started a pair of games at right guard this past season and again will be in the mix for a starting spot. Broscious had not showed any signs of entering the transfer portal, but this is still great news for Michigan State as he’ll certainly play a role on next year’s team as either a starter or key reserve.
