Trail Blazers at Bulls: Odds, lines, predictions and picks

Prediction

Trail Blazers 116, Bulls 113

Money line (ML)

The TRAIL BLAZERS (+120) are slight road underdogs. Portland has been in a bit of a slump lately, losing four of its last six games; however, Chicago has lost six of its last nine games, as well.

The Blazers have several big injuries and that is why they are underdogs in this game, but it’s just too difficult to bet against PG Damian Lillard when facing a bad team. Take Portland on the money line considering the value.

Against the spread (ATS)

If you believe this game could come down to the final possession, it would be wise to take the BLAZERS +2.5 (-110) on the spread to stay within 2 points in a loss. Portland has played in three straight one-score games and knows how to keep games close despite having one of the worst defenses in the NBA.

The Blazers should be able to win this game outright, but having the extra 2.5 points adds comfort to a bet. Take Portland to cover the spread.

Over/Under (O/U)

UNDER 233.5 (-110) looks to be the smart play despite both defenses allowing over 115 points per game. Portland’s scoring has dropped off in a big way over the last two weeks as the Trail Blazers just don’t get a lot of help from the rest of the starting lineup outside of Lillard.

Expect both teams to reach 110 points, but to struggle to get anything more than that in this meeting.
