Poll results for protesting the national anthem, giving Dalvin Cook an extension over $10 million

See how Vikings fans voted on whether they support Vikings players protesting during the national anthem, and whether they think Minnesota should pay Dalvin Cook more than $10 million.

If Vikings running back Dalvin Cook needs more than $10 million a year, should Minnesota pay that?

There was another Vikings Wire poll recently that illuminated how some fans feel about giving Dalvin Cook over $10 million a year on his new deal.

Cook will refrain from team activities until he receives a revised contract, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.

At the time this article was published, Vikings fans voted to not pay Cook more than $10 million.

The not-paying-Cook camp (Wilf wallet warriors? salary cap curmudgeons?) won out 409 votes to 230 at the time this article was published. Granted this is a small sample size, and there is still a vocal group that thinks Cook should earn more than that. However, these numbers do suggest that there are at least some fans who think Cook might be worth $10 million a year or less.
