The Green Bay Packers scored only seven points in a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs that snapped the team’s seven-game win streak, but Matt LaFleur’s team has a lot to be proud of even in defeat.

Joe Barry’s defense held Patrick Mahomes the Chiefs to only 13 points, and the Packers would have been in a great position to win the game without three massive special teams mistakes (missed field goal, blocked field goal, misplayed punt return) in the first half.

The offense under Jordan Love’s direction struggled, especially against the blitz, but MVP quarterback Aaron Rodgers and All-Pro left tackle David Bakhtiari should both return next week. And the ascending Packers defense will eventually get back All-Pro cornerback Jaire Alexander and All-Pro edge rusher Za’Darius Smith.
