Greninja is the latest Pokémon to feature in the 7-star Tera Raid events in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet for the weekends of January 27 and February 10. This follows the pattern of Starter Pokémon being the choice for these events, but this is the first not to be a Fire-type. Greninja is a Water/Dark-type, but for this raid, it will have a Tera-type of Poison. This means you’ll need to exploit Poison’s weaknesses while steering clear of Greninja’s wide movepool.
We don’t know exactly what its moveset will be just yet, but we’ve put together some possibilities so that you know what to consider when preparing a Pokémon. We’ll also be suggesting Pokémon that will hopefully be good for this raid depending on which build we end up having to face off against.
