Team Rocket’s mastermind Giovanni has not returned to the world of Pokémon GO all by himself. He has his three henchmen Arlo, Cliff and Sierra in tow, who are supposed to prevent the player from reaching him. In this guide, we’ll show you how to track down and defeat Arlo.
