Plenty of movement among the top 10 in latest Coaches Poll

No team is falling like the Wisconsin Badgers in the latest coaches poll.

Outside of the top two teams in this week’s Coaches Poll, there was plenty of movement among the top 25 teams. The five teams ranked No. 21 through No. 25 all fell completely out. This allowed teams such as Colorado State, Indiana State, Oklahoma, Virginia, and St. Mary’s to all climb into the top 25.

Both the UConn Huskies and Purdue Boilermakers held onto their spots again this week with Houston and Marquette passing North Carolina to round out the top five. The Oklahoma Sooners were the biggest climbers this week moving up 10 spots after wins over Oklahoma State and Brigham Young.

No team had a worse week than the Wisconsin Badgers, who fell 12 spots to No. 21, tied with the aforementioned Sooners. Wisconsin dropped matchups to Michigan and Rutgers. The Badgers haven’t won a game since Jan. 26 against Michigan State. They are freefalling fast.
