PHILADELPHIA–The Philadelphia 76ers played host to the rival Toronto Raptors on Friday night looking to pick up another win over Toronto on the season. The Sixers have been playing excellent as of late as they have won seven of their last eight games while the Raptors have been looking to find a rhythm under new coach Darko Rajakovic.
It was a very slow start for the Sixers in this one as they trailed the Raptors by 15 in the first half. They looked disjointed defensively and they were unable to find a groove on the offensive end. However, led by Tobias Harris, the Sixers were able to rally and pick up a 121-111 victory for their 20th on the season. Harris had 33 points eight rebounds, and nine assists.
Joel Embiid overcame a slow start and finished with 31 points, nine assists, and 10 rebounds, Tyrese Maxey added 33 points and 10 assists, Marcus Morris Sr. added seven and five assists with four rebounds, and Kelly Oubre Jr. added eight points.
