In the first half, this game started similar to the first matchup between the two teams as Brooklyn and Atlanta weren’t playing much defense while scoring a lot of points in bunches. However, things changed in the second quarter as the Nets and Hawks struggled offensively with Atlanta going into halftime leading Brooklyn 56-53.
In the second half, both teams continued to play to a stalemate as neither team could separate from the other due to how evenly matched these teams are. In the end, like the first matchup, Bridges and Young went shot-for-shot with Young being the one who missed the last shot at the end as the Nets won the game 114-113.
