Ben Roethlisberger is out, too, now with season-ending elbow surgery. He was taken in the 2004 NFL Draft as was Eli Manning. Roethlisberger made his first start against the Miami Dolphins after Tommy Maddox was injured a week earlier. Roethlisberger went 12-of-22 for 163 yards with a TD pass and a pick. All he went on to do that season was go 13-0 as a starter.
