Not even the Cradle of American Golf is immune to the coronavirus.

Pinehurst Resort and Country Club was forced to close its hotels and restaurants due to the pandemic, negatively impacting hundreds of its employees. To help, the resort has launched an auction of exclusive Pinehurst experiences that have never been offered before. All of the proceeds will directly benefit the Pinehurst Employee Relief Fund.

Fifteen different offers went up for auction at noon on Saturday, and the event closes at 8:30 p.m. ET on Monday, March 30. At 8 p.m. Monday, @PinehurstResort on Instagram will stream a broadcast hosted by Barstool Sports’ Sam “Riggs” Bozoian, host of the Fore Play podcast.

Here’s a look at some of the coolest offers, with the complete list here:

  • Dornoch Cottage Ultimate Trip: Two nights in famed designer Donald Ross’ home with three rounds of golf.
  • Play all 10 Pinehurst Golf Courses: Six nights in the Carolina Hotel and 10 rounds of golf, including The Cradle.
  • Reserve The Cradle for Half a Day: You can even pick the music!
  • Create. Brew. Name. Drink: Collaborate with the head brewer at Pinehurst Brewing Company and craft your own beer.

In just two and a half hours, $40,370 was already raised.
