Tennessee, Southern Miss, Indiana and Northern Kentucky practiced on Thursday at Lindsey Nelson Stadium ahead of the NCAA Tournament Knoxville Regional.
The Vols will open regional play against Northern Kentucky on Friday at 7 p.m. EDT (SEC Network), while Indiana and Southern Miss are scheduled for 1 p.m. EDT on Friday (SEC Network+).
A double-elimination format will be used in the Knoxville Regional.

Tennessee has appeared in regional play five consecutive years under head coach Tony Vitello. A NCAA Tournament was not contested in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Vols advanced to the College World Series in 2021 and 2023.
