The Tigers’ stretch of futility continues.
LSU had a chance to win at home on Saturday against Texas Tech, overcoming a poor start and early 11-point deficit to take a five-point lead in the second half. However, the Tigers went cold in the final minutes, hitting just one of their final 13 shots in a 76-68 loss.
After a 12-1 start to the season, LSU now sits at just 12-9 in coach Matt McMahon’s first season with a stretch of three Quadrant 1 conference games up next on the docket. Things may get even worse before they get better for the Tigers.
