Texas A&M was in a nail-biter for most of the night as the Aggies could not pull away from Bowling Green at any time during the game.
Usually, after a big road win against a conference opponent, there is a tendency to come into the following week with less urgency when the game is a non-conference matchup. I don’t think that’s what happened here, as it looked like it had more to do with a well-coached team in Bowling Green that had a great game plan for a team still trying to establish their identity.
Even with that being said Coach Elko will have plenty of game film to work with as they iron out all the kinks before heading to Arlington to take on Arkansas in Jerry’s world next weekend.
