Penn State will host Ohio in Beaver Stadium for a Week 2 contest. The game will be the first played between the two programs since the 2012 season opener, which was an emotional one for the Penn State community and a tough start to the brief [autotag]Bill O’Brien[/autotag] era of Penn State football.
Penn State led the defending MAC East Division champions 14-3 at halftime but squandered the lead in the second half. Ohio quarterback Tyler Tettleton led the Bobcats to a 21-0 second half to leave Penn State feeling numb on the first day of the season. Other than that, it was a great day for football! Here’s a look back at the last meeting between these two programs.
