This might have been the most complete game in the Dan Lanning Era.
Oregon went out with a purpose and defeated Colorado 42-6 and it probably should have been worse. The Ducks had a 35-0 halftime lead and eventually it was 42-0. A Bo Nix pick and a turnover on downs inside the 5-yard line were the only things that stopped the Oregon offense.
The defense was spectacular as it held the Buffaloes off the scoreboard for 57 minutes. Lanning and the Ducks took the Deion hype train personally and the mission was to derail that train.
Mission accomplished and then some. Here is a great day at Autzen where nearly 60,000 fans watched Oregon dominate.
