The week leading up to the Utah game was excruciating for Duck fans as they wondered if Bo Nix was going to play or not.
When the senior quarterback came out for the first series, he received an Autzen Stadium roar to remember. The stress was worth it as Nix played, the defense joined him and the Ducks were able to stifle the Utes 20-17 in a very big Pac-12 matchup.
Oregon was able to celebrate 18 seniors before the game and then got to celebrate a rare defensive battle after the game. By the time all was said and done, it was almost midnight, below freezing outside, but none of that mattered as the Ducks were one win away from going to Las Vegas for the national championship game to play USC.
