Arkansas had been flirting with losing to a mid-major both this year and even with the team it ultimately lost to on Friday night, UNC-Greensboro.
The visiting Spartans came in to Bud Walton Arena and left with a 78-72 victory a year after almost knocking off the Razorbacks.

The Razorbacks (3-1) simply couldn’t get the ball in the hole from the perimeter, and had they been able to consistently, could’ve probably found a way to escape.
Now Eric Musselman will have a lot of tape to show his team before they head out for the Bahamas over Thanksgiving week.
Arkansas is set to face Stanford in the opening round of the Battle 4 Atlantis on Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. on ESPNU.
