The Houston Texans went on to face the Cleveland Browns after a surprising Week 1 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Former Colorado Buffalo Phillip Lindsay scored a touchdown in his Texans debut as they shocked the world by handing Trevor Lawrence his first career loss.
Well, the former Buffs running back has made noise already in Week 2. The Texans back took a dump pass and ran all the way to the endzone to tie the game at 7-7 in the first quarter on Sunday, and he looked rather impressive in doing so.
Lindsay has struggled to find running room so far, but the Browns’ defensive front is a formidable group, so this isn’t entirely a surprise.
But, watch Lindsay outrun the Browns defense and scamper into the endzone.

That was Lindsay’s first catch of the game, and against the Jaguars he didn’t record a reception, so perhaps David Culley and the Texans staff have some plans to get him more involved in the passing game.
The Texans had figured to be one of–if not the worst–teams in the NFL, but so far they have surprised just about everybody except for themselves.
Lindsay joined the Texans after beginning his career with the Denver Broncos, and thus far he has a pair of touchdowns in a game and a half. The Texans then proceeded to take a 14-7 lead on a Tyrod Taylor rushing touchdown, and another upset could be brewing for Houston.
