The Eagles were in need of a third quarterback for training camp and on Monday morning, the team announced that former 49ers backup, Nick Mullens had agreed to a deal.
Mullens has 16 career NFL starts and he’ll get the opportunity to be the third quarterback on the roster.
In three seasons with the 49ers, Mullens completed 387 of 600 pass attempts (64.5 percent) for 4,714 yards with 25 touchdowns and 22 interceptions.
