The Philadelphia Eagles have one of the best young running backs in the NFL but he can use a running mate and one AFC South franchise could be of service.
The Jacksonville Jaguars are accumulating draft picks as they embark on a full-scale rebuild after trading away most of their roster.
With the NFL Draft less than one week away, Adam Schefter is reporting that the Jaguars have had conversations about running back Leonard Fournette.
Jaguars have had trade discussions with other teams regarding RB Leonard Fournette, league sources tell ESPN. Fournette is due $4.16 million in base salary in 2020. It's a situation that bears watching as this week's draft approaches.

Fournette has value and is coming off a 2019 season that saw him rush for 1,152 yards and three rushing touchdowns to go along with 76 receptions for 522 receiving yards.
The base salary is something the Eagles could work with and the hard-running former LSU running back could be just the change of pace running back that the Eagles so desperately need.
The asking price for Fournette could be tremendously cheaper than the Jaguars asking price for Yannick Ngakoue.
The former LSU star was drafted by the Jaguars with the fourth overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft after a consensus All-America selection following his sophomore season in 2015 when he set the school single-season records with 1,953 rushing yards and 22 rushing touchdowns, while leading the country with 162.8 rushing yards per game.
