Williams originally signed with the Philadelphia Eagles as a UDFA. Now, he finds himself on the outside looking in.

Important to note, Fowler mentions Williams potentially having more options after a good showing in camp. Williams has great size and plenty of work ethic. Hopefully, he ends up on an NFL roster before the start of the 2020 season.
