Philadelphia Eagles land in the top-25 of Forbes most valuable sports teams

Eagles ranked the No. 23 most valuable sports team by Forbes

The Eagles have one of sports highest-paid athletes in quarterback Carson Wentz and the franchise made a dent in Forbes ranking of the 50 most valuable sports teams.

One of the gold standard organizations in the NFL, Jeffrey Lurie’s franchise landed at No. 23 on the Forbes list and they were in the top-10 of NFL clubs.

The Eagles’ NFC rival and America’s team, the Dallas Cowboys earned the top spot in Forbes’ rankings for 2020 (for the fifth consecutive year) at $5.5 billion with the New York Yankees a close second at $5 billion.

The NFL is the king as well, with 27 teams making the list, while the NBA was a distant second with just nine teams named.
