The Philadelphia 76ers will be missing another key piece of their rotation on Tuesday against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Wing Josh Richardson, who left the game against the Clippers Sunday with a nose contusion and was later placed into concussion protocol, will not play against the Lakers.
He has not yet been cleared through concussion protocol.
After the game Sunday, head coach Brett Brown said the team has to find the next man up.
“You just move on, you move on,” Brown said. “You look down the bench and you’re like ‘Who else can come in?’ and boom, next man up.”
He is still in concussion protocol and he will continue to progress through that https://t.co/wbsezklRp4

Philadelphia is now down three starters. Ben Simmons has a lower back injury and is expected to be reevaluated in about a week. Joel Embiid suffered a shoulder sprain Thursday.
Without the two best players, the Sixers were expecting to rely more on Richardson.
In his first year with Philadelphia, Richardson is averaging 13.9 points, 3.4 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game.
Now, the Sixers will look further down the bench for the next contributor.
