The Philadelphia 76ers will officially get back to work on Wednesday after it became official in New Jersey that pro sports teams can get back to work to train and compete in games from the words of Governor Phil Murphy.
Due to this big announcement, the Sixers–who practice in the state of New Jersey–will officially re-open their facility on Wednesday. Of course, any player that comes in for a workout will be voluntary and the team will follow the health guidelines for the facility.
In a statement released by the team, they said:
Following today’s announcement by Governor Murphy, the Philadelphia 76ers Training Complex in Camden, New Jersey will begin a phased reopening tomorrow for voluntary, individual workouts. Players and essential staff will adhere to strict safeguards in accordance with NBA guidelines.

This is another big step forward as the NBA continues to make its push towards a resumption. The league has been in a hiatus since March 11 due to the novel coronavirus. [lawrence-related id=31557,31529,31544]
