The Philadelphia 76ers made a big trade back in February to acquire James Harden from the Brooklyn Nets in an effort to help Joel Embiid get the job done and contend for a championship.
While Harden helped the Sixers do a lot of great things on the offensive end, he wasn’t able to be the Houston Rockets version of himself and the Sixers weren’t able to have the type of success that they were hoping to have out on the floor with him.
With that being said, Harden still had a lot of good moments in a Sixers uniform. Just because he didn’t have those big, explosive scoring games that he has been known for doesn’t mean that the trade was a bust. It just wasn’t what Philadelphia was hoping for and they will have decisions to make with him in the future.
