Pro Football Focus envisions a half-dozen members of the Green Bay Packers making the Pro Bowl roster for the NFC.

The analytics site picked quarterback Aaron Rodgers, receiver Davante Adams, tight end Robert Tonyan, left tackle David Bakhtiari, center Corey Linsley and cornerback Jaire Alexander as the six players worthy of Pro Bowl selections for the Packers in 2020.

PFF’s entire list of selections can be viewed here. The initial rosters for the Pro Bowl are expected to be released by the NFL next week.

The Packers, now 10-3 and leading the NFL in scoring, could have a bunch of representatives on the first NFC squad.

According to PFF, Rodgers, Adams, Bakhtiari, Linsley and Alexander are the top-graded players at their respective positions in the conference through 14 weeks.

The Packers offense is loaded. Rodgers is the MVP front runner, Adams has a touchdown catch in eight straight games, Bakhtiari is enjoying another dominant pass-blocking season and Linsley, before his recent knee injury, was the best all-around center in football. In a rational world, all five would be easy picks.

Tonyan isn’t the highest-graded tight end at PFF, but he has nine touchdown catches and leads all receivers and tight ends in catch percentage.

Alexander is the lone representative of the Packers defense, but he’s a worthy selection. The third-year cornerback has emerged as a true shutdown player in 2020.

PFF picked rookie Chase Young over Za’Darius Smith as the fourth and final edge rusher on the NFC roster. The Packers’ pass-rusher has 10.5 sacks and 21 quarterback hits this season but hasn’t been as consistently dominant as 2019.

It’s hard to argue any other player from the Packers deserves Pro Bowl recognition.

The Packers ended up with five total Pro Bowlers last year, although only two – Rodgers and Bakhtiari – were on the initial roster. Adams, Smith and Kenny Clark were late additions as alternates.
