After another Indianapolis Colts win to improve to 4-3 on the season, Pro Football Focus has had a chance to review the tape and has handed out their individual player grades.
So, which players on offense for the Colts received the highest marks?
As always, I’ll throw out the disclaimer that these grades are not the be-all-end-all when it comes to player evaluation. There are many other metrics, along with the film, that can also help paint the picture behind a performance.
But with that said, generally speaking, if a player performs well, PFF’s grades will reflect that.
Below is a look at PFF’s grading system to provide some context behind the numbers:
90.0+: Elite
80-89.9: High quality
70-79.9: Good
60-69.9: Above average
50-59.9: Average
40-49.9: Below average
39.9 or less: Poor

WR AD Mitchell
PFF grade: 83.9
Mitchell played only 14 snaps, which among the Colts receivers, was the fifth-most. However, they were impactful snaps with Mitchell being targeted three times, catching two of those throws from Anthony Richardson for 30 yards.
WR Michael Pittman
PFF grade: 75.3
Pittman had five targets on the day, catching three of those passes for 63 yards–an average of 21.0 yards per catch. Pittman’s long was 33 yards and came at a pivotal moment with time running out in the opening half. The reception by Pittman put the Colts in field goal range, allowing them to go into halftime down 10-3 instead of 10-0. Pittman also graded out well as a run-blocker by PFF’s metrics.
TE Andrew Ogletree
PFF grade: 72.8
(Please note that Matt Goncalves had a grade of 74.4, but played only three snaps.)
Ogletree had only one target in the passing game but didn’t have a reception. What elevated his overall grade on Sunday was his play in the run game, receiving a very good blocking grade of 83.4. By snaps the last few games, Ogletree has emerged as TE2 behind Mo Alie-Cox.
Honorable Mentions
RB Trey Sermon: 71.2
LG Quenton Nelson: 69.0
LT Bernhard Raimann: 66.8
