Peyton Manning threw up a sympathetic surrender cobra to Derek Carr’s horrific MNF pick

Peyton Manning couldn’t believe this.

The New Orleans Saints didn’t get off to the best start against the hosting Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football.

While Saints running back Alvin Kamara played quite well on the opening drive, quarterback Derek Carr threw a duck of an interception to Chiefs safety Bryan Cook that gave Kansas City its first offensive possession.

During the night’s ManningCast, Peyton Manning watched Carr’s pick with absolute shock and disgust at how badly the Saints quarterback erred on the decision.

Manning even threw up a sympathetic surrender cobra at just how rough the interception looked from his vantage point.

It’s one of those throws where you genuinely don’t understand what the quarterback is doing, as Manning looked absolutely befuddled at what had just happened in Kansas City. His reaction really spoke volumes.
