Peyton Manning’s back at it again, starring in new commercials.
The five-time NFL MVP has worked with Nationwide (chicken parm you taste so good!), Tide, Gatorade, DIRECTV, OtterBox and more companies since hanging up his cleats in 2016. The retired quarterback is making just as much from endorsements as he did during his final three years with the Broncos, according to estimates from Forbes.
Manning’s latest endorsement deal is with American Financing, a national mortgage banker. In his first ad with American Financing, Manning breaks down “game film” and critiques one of the employee’s handshake technique.
The second ad features Manning conversing with co-workers at one of the mortgage lender’s offices.
“I’m not here,” Manning says when told his “neighbor Mike” wants him to check on his cat again.
Manning, 43, played with the Broncos from 2012-2015, winning the AFC West four straight years. Denver reached the Super Bowl twice during the Manning era and the superstar QB retired after the Broncos defeated the Panthers 24-10 in Super Bowl 50.
Manning will be eligible for the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2021.
