The latest workout trend while people are stuck at home with no gym to go to as social distancing continues during the coronavirus pandemic?
Dog lifting!
Squatting canines was a big trend back in 2017, and now it’s exploded again with lifters needing something heavy to do with their workouts, which have included pushup challenges and keeping a medicine ball in the air.
Baltimore Orioles pitcher Branden Kline has joined in on the act by picking up what looks like a Labrador retriever and doing some serious Leg Day lifting. I don’t speak dog, but it looks like he’s a little surprised at what’s going on:
