Penn State men’s basketball is back home in the Bryce Jordan Center on Thursday evening, and they are once again looking to rebound from a loss in their last game. After losing to Georgia Tech in Madison Square Garden over the weekend, the 5-6 Nittany Lions will host Le Moyne (5-7) from the NEC.
Kanye Clary continues to lead the Penn State offense with an average of 17.1 points per game. Star transfer addition Ace Baldwin Jr. is averaging 14.4 points and 2.5 steals per game this season.
Penn State has had much more success at home than away from Happy Valley this season. All but one game played at home has resulted in a win for the Nittany Lions while Penn State has lost every game played outside of State College.
This is Le Moyne’s first season playing Division 1 basketball. The Dolphins make their way to the Bryce Jordan Center with a 1-7 record on the road. Luke Sutherland leads the team with 16.0 points per game.
Anyone looking to catch the action will have to check their internet connection as the game is streaming exclusively on Peacock. As part of the new media rights deal that went into effect at the start of the football season, NBCUniversal’s streaming platform gets a handful of exclusive broadcasts for football and basketball. Tonight’s Penn State basketball game is the first stream-exclusive game airing on the Peacock app.
