Penn State pushes past Minnesota for Big Ten tournament win

After trailing Minnesota at halftime in their first-round matchup in the Big Ten men’s basketball tournament, Penn State put together a much more consistent second-half to advance into the second round of the tournament. Penn State’s 60-51 victory was led by a 22-point effort from Jalen Pickett.

Penn State will now face Ohio State in the second round of the Big Ten tournament on Thursday night. Penn State will challenge Ohio State at ap[proximately 9:00 p.m. ET in Indianapolis. The Buckeyes took both games in the regular-season series with the Nittany Lions.
