Penn State continues to be building momentum in the Class of 2022. Already with a top 10 class to look forward to as of right now, the Nittany Lions are hoping to land a commitment from four-star running back Ramon Brown of Virginia. As Brown’s recruiting process continues into the summer, Penn State remains in the hunt.
Brown released his top seven schools this week, and Penn State lands squarely in the thick of the race. Brown announced his seven schools included Penn State, Maryland, South Carolina, Virginia Tech, and West Virginia.

Only one crystal ball prediction is on record with 247 Sports, and it names Penn State as the favorite. Brown currently has an official visit set for June 11. It is the third official visit on the calendar for Brown. Brown will visit West Virginia (June 4) and South Carolina (June 7) prior to his trip to Happy Valley. Visits to Maryland (June 18) and Virginia Tech (June 25) will round out his June college tour. Brown has offers from all of these schools.
