Penn State added another commitment for its Class of 2026 on Saturday, and it was a big one. Consensus four-star offensive tackle [autotag]Kevin Brown[/autotag], from Harrisburg, committed to Penn State’s Class of 2026, giving Penn State the early commitment from arguably the top player in the state.
Brown, a 6-5, 260-pound offensive tackle, carries a four-star rating from 247Sports, On3, and Rivals. He also takes the top in-state ranking from On3 and Rivals. 247Sports ranks Brown as the third-best recruit in Pennsylvania in the Class of 2026.
Brown chose to commit to Penn State over an impressive list of offers in the Class of 2026. Among the schools to offer Brown were Alabama, Florida State, Georgia, Notre Dame, Tennessee, and more. Wisconsin was the only other Big Ten team with an offer at this early stage in the Class of 2026 recruiting process.
Brown is the fourth commitment in Penn State’s Class of 2026. He joins running back Messiah Mickens, another one of the top-rated players from Pennsylvania, quarterback Troy Huhn, and wide receiver Jahsiear Rogers. Rogers also committed to Penn State on Saturday prior to the commitment of Brown.
