Last weekend sure was fun, right? With a nationally televised broadcast showcasing the electric atmosphere of a whiteout crowd as Penn State came out on top of a competitive game with Auburn? Well, why don’t we do it all again in two weeks.
On Monday the Big Ten announced start times for games scheduled in Week 5, complete with updated television updates. Penn State’s Week 5 matchup with the Indiana Hoosiers is now officially booked for ABC’s Saturday night game with another broadcast beginning at 7:30 p.m. ET.
The revenge factor will be a storyline for the game. Penn State opened the 2020 season with a loss on the road against Indiana, setting off a string of unfortunate setbacks for the Nittany Lions that would lead to a dreadful 0-5 start to the season, a program worst.
This year, things are off to a much better start with Penn State coming into Week 4 with a clean 3-0 record with two top 25 wins. Penn State is widely expected to carry an undefeated record into the home game with Indiana as they host Villanova this weekend. Indiana, meanwhile, has struggled and is 1-2 with losses to Iowa and Cincinnati already this season.

The primetime cameras may not be getting a whiteout to show off, but Penn State is planning on orchestrating a stripe out of Beaver Stadium for the Indiana game. It may still look pretty cool, so hopefully the Goodyear blimp makes another stop in Happy Valley to check it out from above.
Kickoff times for a number of games in Week 5 have yet to be updated, but the marquee game in the Big Ten that day is slated for a noon kickoff between Wisconsin and Michigan. FOX will use the game for its Big Noon Kickoff.
The night slate could potentially see Penn State-Indiana airing against an SEC clash between Auburn and LSU. Georgia‘s home game against Arkansas could potentially be a night game as well, with the sEC’s game of the week locked in for a 3:30 p.m. ET kickoff on CBS between Alabama and Ole Miss.
