Penn State’s final home game of the 2021 regular season has had a confirmed kickoff time announced by the Big Ten. On Monday, it was announced that Penn State’s Nov. 20 game against Rutgers will be played at noon eastern. Big Ten Network will carry the broadcast for the game.

Penn State is 29-2 all-time against Rutgers and has won 14 consecutive meetings in the series dating back to 1989. Penn State won last year’s meeting in New Jersey by a score of 23-7. Penn State has not allowed more than 10 points to Rutgers in any of their Big Ten meetings since 2014, Rutgers’ first year in the conference.

Penn State last lost to Rutgers in 1988, which is also the last time Rutgers won a game in Happy Valley.

Penn State will be coming off a home game against Michigan, which is also kicking off at noon eastern. Rutgers will be playing its second straight Big Ten road game after visiting Indiana in Week 11.
