Behind big fourth quarters from Brandon Ingram and Zion Williamson, the New Orleans Pelicans closed out their three-game road trip with a victory in Denver on Sunday, 113-108.
The duo scored 17 of the final 19 points for the shorthanded Pelicans, helping close out Denver in Ball Arena. The pair combined for 60 points – 30 points apiece – with Ingram adding eight assists and six rebounds to help overcome the absence of Lonzo Ball.
Williamson tallied six rebounds and continued his streak of at least 20 points scored for the 20th game running as well. Nickeil Alexander-Walker, returning to the starting lineup for Ball, added 20 points and Josh Hart chipped in 12 points, nine rebounds and six assists.
