While he might be a tad bit biased, we are really liking what we are hearing in terms of an NBA Finals prediction from former Boston Celtics Hall of Fame forward Paul Pierce.
And given just how brutal the Celtics’ top-rated defense has been on opponents, we do not think his assessment is too far off the mark, The Truth going all-in on Boston to make the 2022 NBA Finals when the dust settles on one of the more anticipated postseasons in some team. With the closest thing to a juggernaut being a Milwaukee Bucks defending champion the Celtics have already beat in the regular season, Pierce’s predictions of Boston squaring off against the Phoenix Suns might just come to pass.
