It’s official. The Philadelphia 76ers have signed Paul George to a deal as the team announced the signing as the league moratorium has been lifted. Everything can now be revealed as both sides now move forward with their offseason.
George will be bringing a silky smooth offensive game as he averaged 22.6 points on 47.1% shooting and 41.3% from deep. He took 7.9 3s per game as he was able to find a groove on plenty of attempts. He also shot 45% on catch-and-shoot triples so the Sixers are getting a terrific fit next to Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey.
As George prepares for his next episode “Podcast P with Paul George”, the 9-time All-Star showed off his Sixers threads revealing his new No. 8 jersey.

George will be looking to help push the Sixers over the hump in the Eastern Conference. Philadelphia has been very close in the past, but has been unable to get past the East semifinals. The hope is that George will be able to push the Sixers into contention in the East.
