Patriots’ top 2024 OL draft pick returns after missing 10 weeks

Rookie tackle Caedan Wallace returned for the first time since Week 4

New England Patriots offensive tackle Caedan Wallace returned to practice for the first time since he suffered an ankle injury in Week 4. He has been on injured reserve since that timeframe.

Just because Wallace has been sidelined doesn’t mean he hasn’t been hard at work during his recovery. He has stayed in close contact with veteran center David Andrews and attended meetings, as noted by ESPN’s Mike Reiss.

Now, Wallace will look to get his footing on the field with only four games left on the regular season schedule.

His return is encouraging news for a Patriots’ offensive line still searching for answers. Wallace could use the extra snaps considering he’s only totaled 70 to this point.

This could be a good opportunity for the coaching staff to evaluate him and determine his role for the future.
